Odell has represented athletes playing in leagues on four continents. Odell has been a talent acquisition and workforce management consultant to Fortune 500 companies such as Nationwide, Sprint and United Airlines.
A strategic talent acquisition leader, Margaret manages all aspects of the McCants Sports executive recruitment process. Margaret has more than 20 years of internal and client serving experience at global consulting firms Accenture, Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Hitachi Consulting and AonHewitt. Margaret has provided senior level leadership of talent acquisition, demand planning, capacity management and project management to Marriott, Sprint, Capital One and other Fortune 500 companies.
